We heard first hand the female perspective, the ups and
downs of the radio and entertainment business!!
Featured panelist were WFVS PD Shirley
Ellis, BRE VP Carol Ozemhoya, Radio-One Account Exec Coriya Burns, and Big Cat Records Exec Trea Davenport and Kim Hutchins,
personal assistant to Ludacris.
Registration fee is $20 non-members and
$5 for members. The women of power speak out!! was held September 21st.

The Southeast Chapter of the NBPC is off and running. Our August
meeting was a great success.
Panelist for our meeting included Greg Street, John Christmas,
ESQ., Raheem The Dream, PBT, Tex J from the Cadillac Boys, and
Rico Wade.
Les Brown spoke to our group briefly about his radio history
and also reiterated we all have a room full of knowledge to
treasure and share as a group.
Platinum Records sponsored the meeting and their latest performing
artist Big Bo$$ performed.
Topics of interest included: The new record industry.
